In this dynamic role, you will leverage your industry connections, market insights, and business acumen to manage complex client relationships and drive our business growth globally
Responsibilities:. Market Research & Strategy Development. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in global markets for transmission towers, monopoles, and related structures
Develop and execute strategies for market entry, focusing on expanding global presence and identifying growth opportunities
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to devise actionable business plans
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management. Target and engage with decision-makers in utilities, government agencies, and contractors across international markets
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction
Tendering & Proposal Development. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, tendering) to craft winning proposals tailored to client needs
Lead the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
Cross-functional Collaboration. Work with engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure smooth project execution
Offer feedback to product teams to maintain competitive and relevant offerings in the market
Networking & Industry Engagement. Represent the company at industry events and develop strong networks with stakeholders, including suppliers and government officials
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting. Track and report business development activities, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
Provide insights and regular updates to senior management on market conditions and strategic growth
Person Specifications:. Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering (Essential), MBA/MMS in Business Development/International Business (Preferred). Experience: 10-15 years in International Business Development, with exposure to Australian, Middle East, and LATAM regions
Strong business acumen, networking, and client relationship management
