Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with staffing firms and Doctors/Hospitals globally. They will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Knowledge of market analysis and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or marketing would be beneficial.
