Job Overview
This position will beresponsible for generating business opportunities and expanding our market presence on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export operations, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with international partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Export Strategies:
- Design and implement comprehensive export strategies to maximize profitability while minimizing operational costs.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Documentation Oversight:
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture relationships with international partners such as distributors, agents, and vendors to enhance market reach.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to international regulations, liaising with customs authorities and government bodies as needed.
- Logistics Management:
- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements to optimize logistics and manage costs effectively.
- Database Management:
- Maintain detailed export databases, records, and reports to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve services.
- Customer Relations:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Exhibition Coordination:
- Identify suitable exhibitions and trade shows to enhance market presence. Oversee all aspects of participation, including planning, logistics, and coordination for seamless execution.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline export operations and enhance overall performance.
