*Job Description:
We are seeking an International Trader to enhance our global sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring the best terms for our company. This role requires exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential new vendors across various international markets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, vendor performance, and market conditions.
- Attend international trade shows and industry events to expand the vendor network.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international trade, vendor management, or procurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and navigate different cultural and business environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
