About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients across different regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate international markets.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events. Convert leads into sales by demonstrating the value of iTech India's services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our digital transformation services.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure that all agreements are profitable and aligned with the company's goals.

Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization

Proven experience of over 3-5 years in international sales, preferably in the digital transformation or IT services industry.

Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
