Operational Geographical Area : Europe/CIS & North America
Operational Policy:
o Identify New Lead and generate enquiries for Assigned region for all existing and
new customers.
o Establishing product specifications within the light of market needs, standards, and
regulations following suppliers capabilities
o Required to submit offers for all enquiries / leads and do regular follow ups
o Arrange samples and PSS to the customers as and when required.
o Require to generating orders from existing customers as well as new customers.
o To generate sales orders & Proforma Invoice from SAP as and when required.
o To understand all export documentation including pre & post documentations.
o Understand industry trends in order to identify opportunities for growth
o Researching new markets and potential customers to determine which have the
biggest potential for the company's products or services
o Arrange sales contract through sales order generation team for customers.
o Prepare IOM and send it to required department
o Required to co-ordinate will factory / logistics / QC/QA/ dispatch department so the
orders are executed efficiently and timely manner.
o Attending and registering all customer complaints / rejections from customers.
o Require to follow up for all pending /advance payment terms with all customers.
o Monitor and analyze marketing activity against goals in their respective
international markets.
o Product and sales Promotion, Market intelligence, Market communication and
Event & trade show management.
o Co-ordinate with cross functions like SCM, Accounts, R&D, Factory so customers are
able to get good services.
o Require to send all defined MIS reports as and when required.
o To work regularly on Import export data as well as generate market information for
all our products and as required by Management.
o To make annual projections and submit it before deadlines informed by
management.
o To work in respective regions and geographies without creating any conflict among
team members
o To support other team members and HOD for other business whenever one of the
team members are on leave or travelling.
Role of Senior Executive - IB in Exhibitions: Require attending domestic / International
exhibition whenever required and submit the conference meeting report within 3 working
days for domestic customer and 7 working days for international customer. Will also make
arrangements and preparations for Booth required for Exhibition with the help of
Marketing coordinator & discussion with top management.
II. Core Focus and Deliverables
Customer visits: Meet customers in Domestic / International market as and when required
and submit the meeting report within 7 working days. Arrange regular conference call with
the all the customer. Also organize periodic conference call with HOD and customers
whenever required and submit the conference call report within 48 hours. If any Customer
visiting our office - then coordinate the activity by arranging the conference rooms &
refreshment arrangement. If any customer visiting Factory visit then inform factory team
and coordinate for necessary arrangement.
To co-ordinate any other miscellaneous work required for betterment of IB team like
maintain the multiple excel sheets like Customer master, IB order file, Inquiry register etc.
