Overview
The International BPO (UK & US Process) position is a vital role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our international clients. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers questions and concerns
Promote and upsell products or services to customers
Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
Stay current with product knowledge and be able to articulate features and benefits to customers
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Assist in training new team members as needed
Adapt to different UK and US time zones as per business requirements
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work in rotating shifts as per UK and US time zones
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Good understanding of UK and US culture and business practices
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Legal authorization to work in the UK and/or US as required
