We are hiring for a new process (Falcon). It is a pure customer support process with 24/7 shift with 5 days working with 2 rotation offs.
- HSC or Graduate any Experience
Experience into Customer Service would be an added advantage
- Shift Timing : 247 (Rotational any 9 hours).
- Week Offs : Any 2 Rotational
- Salary: upto 3,75,000 LPA
- HSC or Graduate Experience Maximum 27,000 Net + Incentives. (Telecom or collection experience International)
Excellent Communication mandatory (International Voice Selects Only)
Work Location: LOMA IT Park, Ghansoli

Solving the queries of the Customer related to Postpaid / Prepaid Customers.
