We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a leading International BPO. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This is an entry-level position with 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Min.12th & Above
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
