Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on one's feet.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
