We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with 0-1 years of experience for the role of International Bpo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
• Resolving customer issues and complaints
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Working in a team and contributing to the achievement of team goals
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or HSC with 6 month of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to team goals
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
