We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an International Bpo. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.
- Updating customer records and information in the database.
- Meeting set targets and KPIs.
- Providing feedback to management on customer issues and trends.
- Working in shifts as required by the business.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software and call center technology.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexible with work timings.
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree.
