Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in any field
