Requirements:

- Over 5 years of experience in internal and domestic staffing.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Strong ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.

- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction methods.

- Excellent interviewing and candidate screening skills.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
