Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates suitability based on job requirements and company culture.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing offer letters.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings and foster relationships with industry professionals.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
