Apply knowledge of all components within the Lexia product portfolio (i.e. educational, technical, and operations) to designing the onboarding and ongoing user experience
Apply understanding business objectives within the Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales departments toward designing the onboarding and ongoing user experience
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to map the learning needed using the ADDIE framework (i.e. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)
Design and construct onboarding user experiences in the enablement tool that transform content into engaging, digestible learning; design work includes but is not limited to scripting, slide deck design, learner materials, landing pages, etc.
Design and construct ongoing professional learning experiences in the enablement tool
Collaborate with dedicated Project Manager, Sr. Learning Architect, Onboarding Coach, and Technology Administrator to monitor usage, progress and impact of onboarding and ongoing professional learning experiences
Manage external content developers (contractors) to ensure learning resources are developed to Lexia s standards, if appropriate.
Collaborate with Media team to develop resources/assets as needed
Collaborate with Marketing team to abide by our brand guidelines and standards
Constantly innovate and improve the design to ensure maximum efficiency and impact
Conduct pilot testing of the onboarding/everboarding learning experiences where appropriate
Utilize feedback to adjust/modify existing content in the enablement tool to better align with specific needs and intended outcomes
Bachelors degree in Education (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5+ years experience in instructional design
Minimum 5+ years experience using eLearning courseware (e.g. Mindtickle, Brainshark, Camtasia, Captivate) using the principles of professional learning
Creative and service-minded
Adaptable and flexible with ability to manage frequent change
Experience in virtual facilitation
Expertise in adult learning theory
Experience with SCORM publishing standards
Proven organization, planning and time management skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Experience in the use of Google suite applications required
Skilled at building strong relationships
