Internal Auditor

This is a strategic contributor role,

working closely with the head of finance and the management team.

This exciting role will provide exposure to international laws,independently managingfinancialsofsubsidiaries.reviewingandreportingfinancialhealthto the management .

The incumbent will play a critical role in liasioning between business units and the central finance team.

The incumbent in this role shall be broadly responsible for:

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Financials and reporting P&L for units (domestic and international independently.

Supervising revenues,receivables,payable s, funds management and accounting

• ControlsandchecksoncostsandtrackingofprojectsPreparingandcheckingperiodicMISandReports

2. Reviewing and Reporting the health of the business

Preparing and releasing monthly Group MIS reports as per defined templates and timelines-Handling and working with the business teams on the budgeting/costing process for contracts/projects and tenders.

3. Audit coordination- Managing statutory,tax& internal audit coordination of various entities for ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner

Preparation and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements as per standards

4.Working on Direct Tax,GST, RBI regulations and FEMA.

Qualified CA

Work experience in IT/IT services/Consulting company preferred

Highly process oriented

Good spoken&written English

1-3 years post-qualification work experience in similar role
