Job Description: Internal Audit Professional -Automotive Sector (OrangeMaslow Consulting, Chennai)

OrangeMaslow Consulting, Chennai [www.orangemaslow.com], is hiring on behalf of a leading auto component company. We are looking for an Internal Audit professional, ideally semi or fully qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-5 years of experience, to enhance our client's internal controls and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.

- Identify and mitigate risks.

- Assess and improve internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

- Work with teams to implement audit recommendations and improve processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.

Qualifications:

- Semi or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 0-5 years of internal audit experience (automotive sector experience preferred).

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance.

- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
