Position Summary:

We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded, driven interns eager to gain hands-on experience in the development of warehousing and logistics solutions. This role will expose you to multiple facets of our business, from strategy and market research to on-the-ground operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up warehousing and cold storage facilities in rural areas.
• Conduct research on local market conditions, potential logistical challenges, and best practices in storage solutions.
• Support the design of value-added services (processing, packaging, certification) for local produce.
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate reefer logistics requirements and operational models.
• Engage with local stakeholders (farmers, logistics providers) to gather insights and improve service offerings.
• Assist in creating operational plans and supporting ground-level execution.
• Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the team.
• Help explore and test new business ideas and models as the company scales.
