Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is an industry-led apex body committed to developing skilled manpower for the telecom industry. Established under the Societies Registration Act, TSSC is a joint collaboration by COAI, ICEA, and NSDC under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. The organization has certified over 6.5 lakh individuals and has a widespread presence with 500 training partners and 1000+ training centers across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Intern role at TSSC located in Gurugram. The Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to supporting various projects, conducting research, assisting in training programs, and contributing to the overall business operations of the organization.

Tasks include:

Manage the NAPS tracker and oversee the Apprenticeship portal.

Support the execution of CSR projects, including tasks like maintaining MIS, drafting meeting minutes, and participating in calls with clients, training partners, and relevant teams.

Handle ad hoc tasks such as data gathering and creating presentations.

Assist in preparing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (Last year or graduate)
