Job Summary

The Intern, Talent Acquisition Bangalore DTC will provide valuable support to our Talent Acquisition team by engaging in various aspects of the recruitment process. This role is designed for individuals seeking to build a solid foundation in recruitment and offers exposure to key functions such as candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review and assess resumes to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and alignment with the company's culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistical arrangements are efficiently managed.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preparing recruitment reports, and organizing documentation.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience through feedback and innovative ideas
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education And Experience

  • University degree in HR, business or an equivalent, with a minimum of 6months 1 year of relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Good skill with MS Office especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information and issues in a discrete manner
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Ablility to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.

Physical And Travel Requirements

  • Less than 5% travel
  • Office environment
  • Prefer 12pm 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
