About The/Nudge:
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Operations
- Support in strategy and operations projects (corporate/business strategy, go-to-market, capability building, business planning, due diligence, operational problem solving, etc.
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape the future direction of the organization
- Develop a deeper understanding of the development sector especially in the livelihoods domain to inform the strategic direction
- Work independently with little direction as well as collaborate with others
- Program Management:
- Periodically review progress against stated outcomes, launch, and lead initiatives to resolve challenges of strategic clarity, collaborations, resource needs, alignment, and others that emerge to steer the programs toward the achievement of common outcomes
- Prepare teams for high-quality internal program reviews by senior leadership against quarterly goals
- Review and build robustness of internal monitoring and project management frameworks by developing and maintaining project management frameworks, trackers, review cadences
- Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives:
- Analyze, develop, and drive strategic initiatives to improve the functions strategy, design, and implementation
- This role is expected to work on special projects that are cross-functional and are across Horizon 1,2 and 3
