Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive attitude and strong desire to learn HR functions within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Availability to work 6 days a week at our Ambernath location.
