YOUR TASKS
Intern - Automotive Project Management
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Intern to join our team. The intern will play a critical role in supporting project management and coordination activities, focusing on customer projects and project-level risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background who has recently completed or is pursuing an MBA with an interest in project management.
Responsibilities
Project Monitoring and Reporting
Regularly monitor and report on customer project progress.
Organize and support project development activities alongside the core team.
Capture key milestones and support the development of project plans.
Participate in project-level risk management activities.
Coordinate project estimation activities across different domains.
Contribute actively to regular project meetings.
Project Records and Process Adherence
Maintain comprehensive project records in alignment with company processes.
Project Reviews and Process Audits
Assist in conducting regular project reviews and process audits to ensure compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project cost data for new programs.
Technical Translation of Requirements
Utilize technical knowledge to translate OEM requirements, ensuring alignment with product details and specifications.
Your Qualifications
Educational Background:
Must be - MBA - Project Management passed out in 2023 or 2024.
B.E in (E&TC, Electrical)
Technical & Communication Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location
5 Days week - Work from Office from Hinjewadi Phase -1 by self-travel mode.
Stipend would be paid.
Tenure - 6 months / 1 year based on fitment.
