Intern - Outreach and Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team as Outreach and Onboarding Specialists. In this role, you will contact homestay owners across India, explain the benefits of Local Nest, and encourage them to register on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homestay owners, introducing them to Local Nest.
• Communicate the benefits of registering on our platform, including our zero-commission offer for the first 6 months.
• Address any questions or concerns the owners may have about the platform.
• Please guide them through the registration process and make sure they can successfully onboard.
• Maintain records of your outreach efforts and track progress towards targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to the team on owner responses and any recurring issues.

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional language as per the location.
• A persuasive and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage but not required.
