An Outbound Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting up appointments for the on-ground sales team.
Role and responsibilities: -
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls
- Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product
- Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest -Lead Generation (using tools Linkedin, google)
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, zeal for sales,
- Must have good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Master's Degree in Marketing
