nKey Responsibilities:
nOn-boarding Influencers from across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
nTaking care of end-to-end execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns for CashKaro and other clients of the Company. This will include execution of the campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels as needed.
nDevelopment and execution of influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Right from on boarding influencers to defining budget for them to post campaign evaluation.
nBrainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
nAnalyzing the outcome of the executed campaigns through data driven approach and taking further actions accordingly
nTaking the ownership of task or campaign assigned
nDesired Skills and Experience:
nAbility to pitch campaigns and negotiate with influencers.
nExcellent inter-personal, communication and relationship building skills.
nCreative mindset, team player, flexible, and can-do attitude
nWell-organized with great time management & project management skills.
nGreat verbal and written communication skills
nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
