Job Purpose
As an HR professional will help promote a smooth and positive employee experience, data integrity across systems, managing office events, vendor management and a problem-solving mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Help in Employee Onboarding and Documentation
- Coordinating with extended HR team to drive office events for employee engagement
- Planning fun Thursdays one a month
- Help in Day to Day HR queries
- Ability to communicate well with all levels
- Proactive to take up new responsibilities
- Employee data maintenance
- ADHOC data requirement from different teams
Key Competencies
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Proven influencing and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
