About The Role

As an Employer Branding and Internal Communication Intern, you will assist the employer branding and communications team execute high-impact creative initiatives, campaigns, and events. You will act as a Chief Execution Officer for the team to ensure successful project execution on time.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross functional teams including the marketing, content, creative design, people success, tech, business, and leadership teams in Zeta to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns/projects.
  • Social Media: Manage the editorial page, calendar, and post schedule. Ensure a lively and continuously updated social page.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign/page performance, budgets, and overall impact metrics. Consistently maintain various dashboards by gathering relevant data metrics.
  • Support Initiatives and Events: Support branding initiatives and manage various organization-wide events such as hackathons, town halls, employee engagement initiatives, etc.

Skills

  • A go-getter attitude with a high degree of bias for action.
  • Ability to multitask - Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and meticulous planning skills.
  • Tech-savvy - Oriented towards using and experimenting with new technologies (like GenAI tech) to optimize work and outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Fast learning abilities and openness to give and receive feedback.

Education & Qualifications

  • PG in Management, Advertising, Journalism, Media, or Psychology.
  • Experience in social media branding, content creation, digital/social media campaign management, and event coordination/management as an intern or as part of a student body.
