• Assist with product listings and SEO optimization on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries.
• Support promotional campaign execution and monitor performance (ACOS, ROI).
• Generate sales and performance reports for data analysis.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with vendors and marketplace account managers for smooth operations.
