Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for social media content calendars, campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.

Assist in writing, editing, and publishing social media posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Design engaging graphics using tools like Canva or Figma.

Support video editing tasks for social media content (experience with video editing is a plus).

Track and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries, fostering community engagement.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation campaigns using digital marketing tools and tactics to attract potential customers.

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and infographics.

Support the lead qualification process, ensuring leads are effectively handed off to the sales team for follow-up.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Certifications: Any relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva) are a plus.

Skillsets:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

A creative thinker who can develop fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content, helping to differentiate our brand.

Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation software.

Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and lead generation software.

Ability to work effectively within a team, contribute ideas, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
