Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer adoption.
- Enable services for customers for future upsell.
- Generate ROI report for security services.
- Keep account details up to date.
- Analyse customer traffic.
- Setup alerts for customer anomalies.
- Liasing with product team for required changes.
- Maintaining marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Familiarity with networking
- Very good in communication
- Have the ability to upsell to existing customers.
- Ability to write ROI reports.
- Organized and know how to manage its time.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in network operations.
