About the role
We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within Principals Customer Service team, providing a hands-on experience in the dynamic world of investment. This role will be focused on assisting with a data cleansing exercise for one of our on-going projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily data validation and cleansing .
Identifying and assessing data needs to achieve satisfaction.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Taking the extra mile to engage with customers.
Managing data with utmost privacy.Qualifications:
Candidates must possess or must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelors degree in any field
Excellent communication skills
Must be familiar with data entry
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Strong customer orientation and able to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to be based in KL City Center
Able to commit to an internship period of at least 6 months
