The Chandan Chaturvedi Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the blind. Our mission is to make a significant impact through various programs and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of visually impaired individuals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Fundraising Team. This role involves engaging with potential donors through face-to-face interactions to raise funds and increase awareness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Fundraising: Approach potential donors in public spaces, events, and through door-to-door visits to solicit donations.

Public Engagement: Communicate the foundation's mission and programs effectively to inspire and motivate support.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with donors to ensure ongoing support.

Reporting: Accurately record donor information and contributions.

Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed fundraising targets.

Event Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in fundraising events and activities.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and interact with diverse groups.

Good organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical stamina to perform on-field activities.

Valid driver's license is a plus.
