About The Role:
As an In-House Brand Executive Intern, you will get an opportunity to play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of in-house and sponsored events for STAGE. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and achieve our brand objectives via events.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, creatives, etc.) to align event requirements with overall business objectives.
- Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers.
- Oversee event logistics, such as invitations, RSVPs, and guest lists.
- Support in managing on-site event operations, including setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting.
- Brand Activation:
- Develop creative and engaging brand activation strategies for events.
- Design and execute branded experiences, such as interactive displays, product demonstrations, launch event IPs, and giveaways.
- Collaborate with the brand team to create compelling event collateral, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Measure event performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Sponsors Management:
- Cultivate potential sponsors for events.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and ensure fulfillment of sponsor commitments.
- Manage sponsor relationships and coordinate sponsor activations.
- Post-Event Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event.
- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing/Completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related media field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
