We are currently looking for Candidates that will work in a fast-paced environment and will handle Inbound calls for our Trade Desk
Candidate will perform operational tasks, including account maintenances, processing multiple Mutual fund trades, and servicing all types of financial related operational inquiries.
Knowledge of Placing Trades over the phone and / or providing Technical support through calls will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be a Graduate or the equivalent combination of education is Mandatory.
Min of 2 to 3 years of Experience in International Inbound Voice Process is Mandatory.
Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills (English - Spoken and Written Skills).
Candidate should be able to comprehend various accents (US, UK etc).
Candidate will handle 35 to 40 Calls on a normal day and up to 50 + calls on a day with high volumes.
Candidate should have worked on KPI / KRA driven environment.
Should be flexible to extend shifts to clear the calls waiting in queue or when there is Business Requirement.
Should have great problem-solving skills and should be proactive in finding solutions to challenges faced in day-to-day work in both WFH and WFO Environment.
Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
Should be open to Change and comfortable to work in Dynamic environment.
Should be a Quick learner and should be able to work with minimum governance.
Should be high on integrity and have positive approach.
Should be comfortable with hybrid work environment (WFH and WFO both).
