Visit On-Going Sites to ensure work progress is as per the mentioned scheduled and Quality- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Coordinate all new and current on-going projects and able to communicate well with all levels.
- Determine labor and materials requirements and organise for the dispatch for the same in a timely manner.
Cross-Check and approve all working drawings from the design team based on the site dimensions.- Maintain the quality of the submitted documents as per internal QA/QC Policy
Providing Detailed and Regular updates to the client on the progress of work at site.
- Maintaining Healthy Relationship with Vendors and building a strong Vendor Base across all categories
Conduct project meetings and ensure minutes are recorded and distributed to custome- Maintain project documentation and update project status reports regularly
Assist in project procurement, including ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely payment to vendors
