Designation: Styling & Marketing Operations Manager / co-ordinator

Job Description:

1)Marketing and branding :

a) Photoshoots on sites and managing social media ( making stories and posts)

b) Working on all marketing collaterals, communication materials that supports sales meetings and marketing goals.

c) Working on branding Materials as per brand guidelines, conceptualization to printing brand coffee table books, uniforms, diaries, employee kit, client after sales services kit etc. in co-ordination with HR and Design team.

d) Maintaining social media campaign materials both digital and offline and coordinating with creative agencies.

e) Website maintenance with the agency/ IT whenever required

2) Client Operation & Meetings:

a) prepare presentations and proforma Invoices etc. for meetings in set format.

b)working on Styling of homes with the team , researching and maintaining the data for presentations.

3) Project Management: Coordination with Design Team and Factory, Following up with the team as per MOMs to get the project closed. Managing the project cycle, coordinating with factory, design team and other inter departmental co-ordinations .

Understanding of design and detailed-oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A logical approach to problem solving

Knowledge of graphics/ design/ editing softwares like Canva, photoshop , illustrator
