Interior Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As an Interior Site Supervisor at Decore Designz Studio, you will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities related to interior design projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, design plans, and safety regulations. - Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. - Monitor and manage project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, compliance with design specifications, and timely completion. - Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively and promptly. - Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including any deviations from the plan. - Ensure that all safety and health regulations are strictly followed on-site. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and safety standards. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders. - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2years of experience in a similar role. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
