Interior Project Manager

INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER

• Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery

- Proficient in CAD software and able to read working drawings

- Knowledgeable about materials, finishes, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), carpentry, and paint finishes

- Experience in executing F&B (Food and Beverage) or hospitality-related projects

- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

• Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in F&B or hospitality

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes

- Proficiency in CAD software

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma holder in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
