Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to manage multiple interior projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute interior design projects within specified timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project teams, including designers, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 4-10 years of experience in interior project management in the job market context of India
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other design tools
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Experience in managing project teams, including designers, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
