Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an interior Draftsman in Faridabad. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for designing and developing shop drawings for our clients. You will work closely with our team of project managers, and clients to create. Your main objective will be to translate our clients visions into well-designed and functional spaces that meet their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and architects to develop concepts and design strategies
• Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
• Create 2D designs, floor plans, elevations, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD.
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Develop detailed construction drawings
• Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a Draftsman.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials.
• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & drafting skills.
• Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel.
