Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute interior spaces that align with client needs and aesthetic preferences. Proficiency in SketchUp and CAD is essential, along with a strong understanding of design principles and spatial planning. A background in interior design or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Use SketchUp and CAD software to create detailed layouts, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed according to plan.
• Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and other interior elements to meet project specifications and budget constraints.
• Produce mood boards, color schemes, and presentations for client approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects and ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and CAD software for design development and technical drawings.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and spatial planning skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in project management and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations and visual enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per month
