Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop interior concepts for residential projects, considering client needs and preferences.
Create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, layouts, and elevations.- Produce high-quality 2D/ 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and ensure alignment with their vision.
- Select materials, furniture, and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential interior design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar).- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
