We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces that are visually pleasing.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
AutoCAD Drawings: Detailed floor plans, Elevations and Detailed Drawings for all services.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Budget Management:
Work within project budgets, providing cost estimates and finding creative solutions to achieve design goals within financial constraints.Documentation:
Develop comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans and specifications.
- Client Presentation: Effectively present design concepts and proposals to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to comprehend their vision, address concerns, and present design proposals.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate interior designs seamlessly into overall building plans.Material and Furniture Selection: Source and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
Must-have Skills: AutoCAD, Google Sketchup

Required Qualification: Graduation or relevant certification in Interior Designing

Pay: 20,- 00 - 28,000.00 per month
