Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings for residential projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Create presentation drawings, working drawings, and detailing for architectural designs.
- Manage project estimation, scheduling, and client presentations to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interior designs that meet client expectations.
- Ensure accurate rendering and visualization of designs through effective communication with stakeholders.
- Effective communication with clients to understand their preferences and provide updates on projects progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in interior designing or related field (architecture/design development).
- Diploma/B.Des. degree / B.Arch from a recognized institution (any specialization).
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max; knowledge of other relevant tools like Vray is an added advantage.
- Stay up to date with the latest design, trends, materials & Technologies.
