Responsibilities:

Design and development of kitchens layouts effectively communicated to the clients to ensure their requirements were fully met.

Create drafts and sketches, offering beneficial advice & support to clients throughout the design process.

Provide exceptional showroom sales assistance and actively identified new business opportunities.

Customer interaction for need identification.

Mock - ups and product presentations.

Market study for product development.

Responsible to handle display of the products and centre.

Proven work experience in CRM role with clear focus on customer relationship preferably in the modular furniture industry.

Excellent communication, presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Proficiency in Autocad, CD Max and Sketup software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
