Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences.
Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to illustrate design ideas.- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the overall design vision.
Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented as planned.- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design solutions.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and design specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
