interior designer sales manager

AR Interior is seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Designer Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in both interior design and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a creative individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional interior design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Lead sales presentations and consultations with clients, providing expertise on design concepts, products, and services.

• Prepare accurate project proposals, contracts, and pricing estimates.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, project status, and market insights.

Mentor and train junior sales and design staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in interior design and sales, preferably in the residential or commercial design industry.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
