Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of space planning, and experience in executing projects from concept to completion. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with clients and the project team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and functional design concepts tailored to client requirements.

- Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings to illustrate design ideas.

- Select and source materials, furnishings, and color schemes that align with design concepts.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges.

- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine final designs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices in interior design.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong visualization, space planning, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
